Here's something a CBS affiliate is DARING to do... WTSP is expanding their noon news to an hour starting Monday, July 7th. 10 Tampa Bay Midday will now run from 12-1pm, just like WTVT, WFTS, and WWSB. Y&R is moving a half-hour later to 1pm and B&B is moving 90 minutes later to 3pm. The PM Great Day Live moves to 3:30pm and takes Daytime Jeopardy! off the airwaves. So now they're just taking the 12:30pm newscast from streaming to actual television.

I mean... Nexstar-operated WYZZ Bloomington carries it on 43.3.

This looks like something that could work, and I like how they're doing this. TEGNA stations across the West are joining forces to bring you a weather-only program called Weather Out West on streaming. Stations featured? KXTV Sacramento KFMB San Diego KING/KONG Seattle KGW Portland KREM/KSKN Spokane KTVB Boise KUSA/KTVD Denver KPNX Phoenix/KMSB Tucson (TEGNA owns the latter and airs KPNX news there too) It appears to be a daily occurrence, but I'm not entirely sure. Today, its KING 5's Ashley Ruiz hosting (and delivering the Seattle forecast) with a national summary from WXIA-TV Atlanta's Julie Martin (remember her? From TWC?).

Its almost that time once again) RTVE is making changes once again to its flagship news product, Telediario. Marta Carazo will leave her duties as presenter of the 9pm edition after just 18 months at the helm in September (she originally took over for Carlos Fraganillo when he left to helm the 9pm edition of Informativos Telecinco). This article states that it'll be Lluis Guilera from Canal 24 Horas.
