Does Ring Nation even have a website?
Nope. The show doesn’t have an official website. But I did find this anti-Ring Nation website.

Are these stations getting paid by the letter/word?
'CBS [Market] MORNINGS' (KCNC and WBBM are two that come to mind) surely gets the job done, in a more concise manner.
I was actually watching that newscast yesterday and there was no mention of that name anywhere. It used the existing KPIX 5 News branding.-

Is there any evidence that they are adopting these names? Can they not use both their current names and the CBS NEWS (CITY NAME) concurrently. Use the current names for the traditional newscasts and the city name ones for digital/streaming/online and non-traditional newscasts like the ones on the sister stations.
There was a promo video posted in the WCBS thread about a Jets show they air that had the “CBS New York” branding on it instead of “CBS 2”. KCNC is gearing up to rebrand to “CBS Colorado” and the 9am newscast they launched this week is called “CBS Colorado Mornings”. WWJ has already rebranded itself to “CBS Detroit” and their entire news department will be called “CBS News Detroit”. And when KCAL launches their new morning newscast in a month or two, it certainly won’t be called “KCAL 9 News Mornings” since KCBS will simulcast an hour of that show at 6am in between their double-run of CBS Mornings. Not to mention WFOR has been teasing a rebrand to “CBS News Miami” for a few months now.The evidence is overwhelming at this point.

Well, it's Jim Williams and Marie Saavedra as the new 11am team.

Eh we got a whole day, besides rebrands/graphics don't usually premiere on morning newscast anyway
The morning newscast was supposed to be rebranded as “CBS Colorado Mornings”. As of today, it is still “CBS4 This Morning”.-

Yeah, I'm totally taking this as Bannon giving up the 11, and having the weekenders split the week. Hell, why not recast the whole 11am as a newsroom-anchored vehicle for Brad Edwards, of Streaming with Brad fame?
Yeah, after reading it again, I’m reading it that way, as well. Maybe Ellis Monday-Wednesday and Curran Thursday-Friday. I agree, hopefully Edwards is named the anchor. -
As a result of the new 9am newscast being anchored by the regular morning team, Ed Curran and Robb Ellis are the new 11am team.

Now, NBC News Live will air at 2p (Is there even a live feed at that hour?)
NBC News Daily will air live for four hours every day, one hour for each time zone (minus Alaska and Hawaii). So, KPRC must be taking the Pacific time hour of the newscast with Kate Snow and Aaron Gilchrist.-

Will CBS preempt Big Brother? It's a double eviction night. In fact, will they break long tradition and share this news with the remaining houseguests? Some may remember when Julie Chen shared news of 9/11 with the houseguests, and the reactions that followed. They very rarely do that.
I’m pretty sure Big Brother is still a go for tonight. Julie also shared the news of Trump’s victory in the 2016 election with the houseguests in the then-CBS All Access Over The Top spinoff.-

When the relaunch was first announced, the 7pm hour was going to be anchored by a rotation of different correspondents and established anchors. Dickerson was among those.

Lifelong Minnesotan here- even if you are correct, they will take a sweet long time to kill off the best known branding/call letters in the state.
They had the opportunity to unveil the CBSN MN brand to the tens of thousands who walk by their booth at the state fair and every sign, banner, and giveaway had the classic WCCO logo on it.
Along with the billboards, you don’t spend that kind of money on promos and giveaways (even if they are paper fans and reusable grocery bags) to flip it right away.
I get your point.-

WFOR has also been dropping hints for a few months now throughout their newscasts that they’re preparing to rebrand to CBS News Miami, if this is any indication.
