  1. Apparently, reports had the new network chief hoping that Tapper was going to be the new face of primetime. That didn't look like it was going to happen.
  2. No back orders for some of the new shows! https://deadline.com/2022/11/the-winchesters-amp-walker-independence-no-back-orders-cw-cutbacks-season-2-canceled-renewed-1235159619/
  3. Of course they would deny it. That's not surprising.
  4. Things are not going well between NewsNation and Chris Cuomo. https://nypost.com/2022/10/30/chris-cuomo-demands-new-time-slot-at-newsnation-as-ratings-tank/
  5. Stargirl has been cancelled. https://tvline.com/2022/10/31/stargirl-cancelled-ending-no-season-4-the-cw/ Nancy Drew is also coming to an end. https://tvline.com/2022/10/26/nancy-drew-cancelled-ending-season-4-the-cw/
  6. He had every right to question the network over that Trump. Yet, it's the same network that refused to cover an event right in Chicago and the death of Queen Elizabeth. NewsNation is a joke!
  7. I thought NewsNation was rumored to be hiring Megyn already? That would be awkward to have both her and Cuomo on the show after she blasted one of his segments on the opening night of his show.
  8. That is pathetic! Both the ratings and segment with those aborted calls.
  9. There's always Cornhole and Pickleball
  10. Maybe another MadTV revival could be in the works...or perhaps picking up that In Living Color reboot that Fox passed on years ago. (JK)
  11. When even Newsmax is getting more ratings, that says something.
  12. The CW does need to address what the list of affiliates will look like going forward, especially if the network is going on more of the Nexstar or staying as is as of right now.
  13. The fact that now I have heard about NewsNation (actually) preempting regular programming for Hurricane coverage shows how little the channel has been impacting viewership. I wonder how the ratings were for that day.
  14. Does anyone see NewsNation content and programming popping up on The CW?
  15. Mark Pedowitz out at The CW! https://deadline.com/2022/10/mark-pedowitz-exits-cw-chairman-ceo-nexstar-1235130707/
  16. Karamo did really well in Cleveland, according to the article.
  17. I thought the first two judges on Divorce Court were good. I will admit that I thought Judge Faith would have lasted longer.
  18. It appears that a lot of sitcoms don't seem to either last long or even enter over-the-air anymore. Many have shifted to cable, streaming and even classic over-the-air channels. Same with movies and the quality of those that are airing at the moment.
  19. Has anyone checked out Karamo yet? I appears to have less drama than Maury from what I have seen in previews. What happened with Teen Court? Could they try again next year?
  20. WBNX in Cleveland is carrying Ring Nation (Saturdays at Noon and 12:30pm)
  21. It appears that NN is about to lean more right. If that is the case, then they should not promote themselves as "unbiased." They had dropped the ball a lot when it came to breaking news coverage (even Newsmax and Fox News covered Queen Elizabeth's death), but only choosing what to cover and what not to makes them a joke. (BTW, they probably get more ratings with Blue Bloods reruns than any of the newscasts)
  22. WOIO in Cleveland picked up Wheel and Jeopardy! in 2012 after WEWS dropped it for Scripps in-house programming (now just one show - The List).
  23. NewsNation ran the entire speech from former President Trump at a rally in Ohio this past weekend. This is the same network that didn't cover a lot of breaking news events.
  24. I tried watching some of the 4pm news yesterday and it was mostly fluff. A piece on a pickle fest and some bit involving ice cream. I couldn't get into it. Yet, the 11pm news seems to be doing well. A graphic at the end had it at number one.
  25. I can picture Cleveland News First. Would go well with First Alert.
