Dang it, when will they upgrade already? Or are they telling us this to throw us off the trail? Is WABC's CSD secretly being controlled by a Yeerk? Did you read that somewhere or are you just assuming? I know Shirleen's first day at WABC was reported to be June 1 but, unless it's been reported otherwise since, I doubt she'll start anchoring on Monday. I'm guessing she'll get a few days to become oriented to the station, then she'll be sent out into the field just to do reporting on air for a couple weeks, and then they'll pop her in the anchor chair. At least to me; no big deal. And thanks for the mention of the correct name; it really slipped off my mind when I watched and first saw her. I honestly never knew about her before. We all like to speculate but shouldn't spread false information. I'll admit I did read the original article wrong. I thought it said she started at the desk June 1st but it states she starts at WABC June 1st.. I guess, even if I'm excited for a new hire of a station, I should still read between the lines. I'm sorry if I caused a panic at the moment.
