Haven't seen anything for San Diego, but i'm guessing it's something like this:

1. KFMB

2. KNSD

3. KSWB/KUSI/KBNT

4. KGTV

5. XETV

 

The fact that you have not seen anything should tell you something...

My guess is everyone is down...and the sales weasels are hurting to put a good spin on something.

If it was clearcut KFMB would be bragging and KGTV would be spinning/lying like always.

 

Why do you have the Mexicans at #3....I thought they had been #1 for a while now.

They probably are. But the English-language stations make it look like they don't exist...

Yup....KFMB is #1 for news.......

...In a mobile app......

 

That's their new promo.

 

I really think everyone in the SD market was down.....way down. Across all dayparts.

In addition I suspect KGTV got hammered so bad that they cannot show any face at all.

 

Down, Down ,Down.

 

 

And ENOUGH with that stupid WX $29.99 dress..

Nichelle medina Has it....Alecia Summers has a bule one....and Heather Myers has all 5 colors.

 

And somebody tell Ashley (Little Teapot) Jacobs to quit looking at her stupid phone during live shots.

Annoying!

Yikes. And usually KFMB is quick to pump out those #1 promos a day or two after sweeps end. They sent a press release to SDRadio.net after November sweeps, and for February, not one peep.

 

KFMB has a new GM, let's see how he makes his mark on the station. Now would be the time for KNSD to step its game up and challenge KFMB, but they seem to be too preoccupied with their new building (as it should be), but they shouldn't squander the opportunity...

WAVY-TV 10 and WVBT FOX 43 are the DOMINANT news operation in Hampton Roads. No numbers mentioned in this story, however, had it not been WTKR at Noon, WAVY and WVBT would've had a clean sweep.

UPDATE: WAGA has been running those personality promos with Russ Spencer, Cynné Simpson, Lisa Rayam, etc., as they now claim to have owned the title of being "Atlanta's Most Watched News" (from January-February 2016 combined, according to the fine print).

 

WSB can try to spin it all they want, but it's the truth now.

WSB can try to spin it all they want, but it's the truth now.

 

Watch WSB come back and include February with the past year's averages to WAGA's. WBAL has won all but the noon newscast in February (the same as the past few periods) but their promo touting it includes the date range from 1 January 2015 - 2 March 2016. If I was WAGA I would still be ecstatic but but I wouldn't want to start going for consecutive months. I'd go for consecutive sweeps periods over the year and if they are number one I would be looking into massaging the numbers to make it a year long streak. I guess what I'm saying I don't want WAGA to get too cocky to early.
