AaronQ 282 Posted February 15, 2020 Posted February 15, 2020 I don't know when it happened, but apparently WFXT updated their graphics.
TheRyan 560 Posted February 16, 2020 Posted February 16, 2020 This has the looks of something Linear Drift would output...just a guess
MorningNews 1488 Posted February 16, 2020 Posted February 16, 2020 Love the theme but I think the FOX o&o graphics were better when this station was still under FOX.

NEOMatrix 1307 Posted February 16, 2020 Posted February 16, 2020 Hate to say it but this look is already outdated. Had this come out a few years earlier, maybe it would be okay, but now? It won't age well AT ALL.

Their content is great, but the presentation is very stale.
MichiganNewsGraphicsJunkie 947 Posted February 17, 2020 Posted February 17, 2020 This package reminds me of what some New England Nexstar stations are still using (WPRI & WWLP come to mind) -- uninspired for a larger market
TheRyan 560 Posted February 17, 2020 Posted February 17, 2020 Idk why but something about that "MORNING NEWS" font bothers me. Maybe it's because the font almost looks a bit unbalanced? Personally I think they could've done way better using the WFTV package. If or when WSOC gets new graphics, I hope Cox gives them something much better than what WFXT just implemented.
JosiahCubed 281 Posted February 17, 2020 Posted February 17, 2020 These graphics look like a botched version of the current WPXI graphics package. I would rather WFXT have that or the WFTV graphics package.
swillh2k2 205 Posted February 18, 2020 Posted February 18, 2020 Looks really good...for market 30. One would think that Cox would want to shell out some $$$ to get something more cutting edge on air especially compared with what the Big 3 stations in the market have right now. At the end of the day, not terrible, but still underwhelming.
