I thought it was going to be at 1 in all time zones. No reason for WCNC to change anything other than put NBC News Daily at 1. Maybe they will expand Charlotte Today back to an hour and move the noon news back to an hour at noon but I like their news from 11:30-12:30. But I guess stations could air it at noon Eastern/11am Central if they wanted to.

That makes two departures from WCCB, and they are apparently cutting WCCB News Rising by an hour in January to air Your Day With Anna Kooiman at 8am.
-
I didn’t know that. Well move that to 7:30 and put all three BBT episodes on WPCH.
-
That could easily be accomplished by moving their runs of Inside Edition and Big Bang Theory to WPCH…I could definitely see that happening. Well Inside Edition is news so they could keep that. Days of our Lives obviously doesn’t count being an NBC show
-
They were already losing Kelly Clarkson to WESH, but that was airing at 3am…and Sherri simply inherits Wendy’s old slot…wonder what they will replace Judge Judy with? Jennifer Hudson?

Pictionary Station List. This can’t be complete. Lots of missing markets. It takes both of YBYL’s time slots here on WJZY. 11:30am and 12:30am. So likely either 25 Words or Less or YBYL moves to 1pm or WMYT, with the other airing at 11am, or maybe WJZY creates a 2 hour game show block and Rachael Ray moves to 1pm. Of course this could turn out to be wrong, as I learned with Young Sheldon and Nick Cannon last year.

Sherri station list is out. Some stations list times, others say “Coming soon.” In Charlotte she simply inherits Wendy’s old time slots (WSOC at 10am and the previous day’s repeat at 6am on WAXN). I would’ve liked to seen her move to WJZY at 11am, they need a talk show at that time to pair with Rachael Ray if they are going to keep her at 10am. The game shows could move to 1pm. Then WSOC could’ve moved Tamron to 10am and Dr. Phil to 3 and started a 4pm news. Oh well. But she will be at a different time than Wendy in some markets such as Greenville-Spartanburg. Sheri will be at 2 on WHNS. Wendy was at 10. Wonder if they will be expanding their morning news? Also Wendy was at 3 on WACH but Sherri will be at 2, maybe Tamron moves to 3?

Article is behind a paywall, but WCCB’s “Your Day With Anna Kooiman” won’t be starting until January 9 after they first said it would be premiering this fall. For Anna Kooiman, return to Charlotte is ‘a dream come true.’ But is she here to stay? https://www.charlotteobserver.com/entertainment/tv/article264140976.html It appears WCCB News Rising will be cut by an hour as it says this show will be airing from 8-9am. They can’t move 700 Club to 10am? Years ago they aired it at like 2 in the afternoon.

Former WJZY anchor and reporter Lindsay Clein is now a 4 and 5pm anchor at WXII! Good for WXII!

The last program other than Days to air at 1pm on NBC was Hollywood Squares on March 2, 1979. I wasn’t yet 6 months old. WRET, now WCNC, had just became the NBC affiliate in July 1978. http://daytimetvarchive.com/grids/1979.html
-
I read where two anchors are doing one feed and the other two are doing the other. So I guess Morgan and Vicky will do the one for the East Coast and the other two will anchor the West Coast.
-
WFTV shared it with WRDQ. The latter aired a rerun at 8. They might as well pull a WAXN and put 4 runs of Feud in primetime now. But WFTV might need two of those runs for its schedule.
-
Well KSL is probably pissed, if they plan on clearing NBC News Daily in the afternoon. I didn’t realize they bumped Days to late nights. I guess Hot Bench is the one that goes to late night if they decide to clear this. No sister station to move it to.
-
They get more local ad time than they did during Days and local news inserts. They might actually be thrilled. If they were giving the time to the affiliates I’m sure they would’ve been given more notice.

https://www.wyff4.com/article/days-of-our-lives-move-streaming-only-peacock-soap/40800608 This article says “NBC News Daily” will be live “in most markets. So I guess 1pm ET/noon CT? I don’t see what would be keeping the MT stations from picking it up live at 11am and even the PT stations at 10am. Hoda and Jenna could be pushed back to 11am….heck it’s delayed anyway out there.

WOAH. Is NBC going to turn the hour over to the affiliates or replace it with something else? EDIT: It is replacing it with “NBC News Daily.” I assume that can pretty much air at any time like Days did. CBS now has no reason to keep Y&R at 12:30. Move it to 1 so that affiliates can air an hour long news at noon. I doubt B&B will ever expand to an hour so The Talk can stay as a half hour show. Actually, wishful thinking on my part about The Talk being cut to 30 minutes. CBS will probably end up moving B&B and Y&R to Paramount Plus.

Maybe KDVR is expanding their morning news?

Rescued from the WPXI graveyard!
-
Haven’t seen any promos for it yet in Charlotte. My best guess is it’s going to WJZY and/or WMYT. Maybe to replace Good Dish on WJZY.
-
KTLA already had the Goldbergs, even though they are only airing the primary run at 2am during the week. I’ve noticed a lot of stations are only taking the primary run of that for some reason and/or are airing it in a graveyard slot.
-
Oh and that answers my question about Mom…it does return for another year in syndication.
-
Also We The People With Lauren Lake, which I thought was going to be an hour show but it is apparently going to be split up into 30 minute blocks like most syndie court shows (other than Judge Mathis and People’s Court).

Someone said on Radio Discussions that Judge Jerry is staying around in reruns like Jerry Springer and Judge Judy.
