  1. Washington Nationals seem like they’ll be done with MASN after this season.
  2. There would be massive resistance from the affiliates unless EN+ is optional like Mornings+ is.
  3. Add the Grizzlies to the NBA OTA party.
  4. If the ESPN package stays on linear, Fox would be the most likely candidate. They are MLB’s biggest media partner by far.
  5. ESPN and MLB are going splitsville after this season.
  6. (h/t @24994J)
  7. NewsNation reporting Strahan is leaving GMA by the summer.
  8. Say it with me, everyone: Flagships get the best stuff.
  9. Tamron Hall coming back for season 7.
  10. As per FTVLive, KTTV is adding newscasts on KCOP at 8pm & 9pm. All of the Fox duopoly markets will be doing something similar in the next two years. KCAL will be challenged in their most famous timeslot.
  11. Someone did a video analysis of the new Fox NFL look.
  12. I'm wondering if this font will be used across Fox Sports (MLB, NASCAR, etc.) Wouldn't make sense to make a font based on your network's logo and not use it across your whole division.
  13. The animations are what's saving the bug.
  14. The new Fox logo font from the scorebug has made a few appearances so far during the pregame show.
  15. That was probably because Fox had the Hell’s Kitchen season finale they had to air beforehand. The NFL Honors also rotates between the four Super Bowl broadcasters, with that year’s rightsholder to the game also airing the Honors (except in 2022 and 2023).
  16. Further discussion of the likely new Fox NFL package here.
  17. No, it's not.
  18. Well, I thought Fox would hang on to the NFL graphics package they debuted at Super Bowl LVII, but nope. We're getting a new NFL graphics package after all.
  19. It would make no sense for Fox to debut a new package after only two years of usage. This is also the first Super Bowl under the new NFL TV contract, so if they debut a new package in the next four years, it’ll probably be during preseason, like they did in 2010. Also, I can’t imagine many Fox affiliates are happy about seeing their daytime lineups interrupted on Friday for FS1 programming.
  20. Dish Nation, Person, Place or Thing and Pictionary are all axed.
  21. It was inevitable.
  22. Turns out the new updated package WPLG debuted last year is indeed spreading through Graham. WKMG has adopted the look (but is keeping the 2019 open, for now).
  23. Griffin also has their food business keeping them afloat.
  24. Vivid Zero has pulled back the curtain on the ABC O&O package.
  25. WISN-AM morning host Jay Weber was suspended for posting something far worse during the election.
