WTVD in Raleigh was street side like WABC all newscast for a time came from there. They're now back in Durham.
-
I don't think I got to see I may have seen the streets die studio before but it was revolutionary at the time.
-
That leaves ABC O&O WTVD as the only station with a helicopter in the Raleigh market. W ABC 11. That owned by them and isn't outsourced.

Detroit could use a Telemundo affiliate.

This was all under the direction of N+ Univision President Leopoldo Gomez he was installed as news chief this year this was the first changes he made. Televisa its sister network is Mexico has had the N+ branding since 2022.

ABC 7 Eyewitness News thread

The people in Raleigh-Durham (WTVD), New York (WABC), Los Angeles (KABC), Houston (KTRK), Chicago (WLS) and for Action News Philadelphia (WPVI) would disagree. I would riot if WTVD dropped the “Eyewitness News” brand they had the brand as long as I’ve been alive. -

KGO might as well pick up “Eyewitness News” brand if that the case. -

Wow I hope KABC morps like WABC but not too much keep a SoCal style. I’m really gonna miss the old logo but hey KGO still has it. -
Diana and Sade were a team for almost 15 years that’s non sense. Either Toni doesn’t want it or they keep passing her over.

I don’t know how his work schedule will look like that’s 2 full time jobs.

ABC will always be number 1 NBC notches the demo every now and then, it’s happens for time to time and is usual. David Muir has this anchorman aura that Tom doesn’t not saying Tom can get it but don’t hold your breath that NBC will overtake ABC.

Univision is literally going far right also in its content. CBS isn’t the only one. As for ICE it should be reformed not abolished imo. But enough on my politics. But you guys seem to be forgetting Trump leaves office in 2028 well technically January 20, 2029 now yes a lot can happen between now and then but the moment he gone CBS, Univision, FOX, Newsmax all of them all there money will dry out these 10 years plus the 3 more to go is 13 years. Just to make me feel old my cousin is having her first baby this year, 13 years ago I think she was still in Elementary maybe Middle School if I recall. Anyways what I’m saying is nothing lasts forever and eventually evil will fall, Trump’s evil will come back to bite him when you go up the ladder eventually you have to go down. All the stuff he’s done these past 10 should I say 13 because we have 3 more years on top of everything he’s done in his life will comeback to get him. Same goes for CBS and the other networks they will eventually get there’s too they’ll be remembered as propaganda arms and being on the wrong side of history (that if Trump doesn’t do something terrible in this term), and they’ll be remembered in history for being the propaganda arm for the far right and the next generation in history class will be taught that and eventually it could hit those networks in the pocket in terms of revenue and profit. Honestly this country starting in 2028 is gonna go far left this country shifting that way and eventually they won’t have a large audience and that’ll be there payback. Essentially I’m saying I see Fox CBS all those networks turning left wing in 10 years. Stay tuned these midterms and Trump is right he should be afraid we’re gonna see the biggest shift to the far left we’ve ever seen and when Trump leaves office Republicans might never win a presidential election again.

Jorge DeSantiago from the Telemundo side say they will debut something tomorrow. https://www.facebook.com/share/1ZXKJJc8kJ/

This might be going far. Maybe we should go and ask Toni if she wants to anchor weekend mornings. She was a anchor in Philly before New York so maybe she doesn’t want another run.

was it featuring Chris lovingood. I saw that video.

That's because those stations don't have stored leaches and identities that's why. Sounds like were headed back to before 1997. -

I'm confused... wdym without any ABC meatballs and solo circle 7s. Now I have a feeling the new KABC set will mirror WABCs -
Just one confirmation he’s not managing editor right? Just one confirmation he’s not managing editor right? He isn’t the managing editor of the show correct?

Interesting developments I was hoping it was the other way around WABC would adopt KABC variation of the Circle 7 logo. I like KABC logo I’ll miss it. -
No grace to be beaten by the Spanish networks.

This is sad because during Univision it was number 1, Univiaions’s arrival on the island was successful it’s sad where it’s gone.
-
During Hurricane Sandy WNYW had Ernie Anastos, Greg Kelly, and Nick Gregory all running the coverage the night the storm hit.
-
It’s probably a holiday thing, that would be a huge blow to cancel it flagship newscast I would presume because of low staff.

This current set was really good the best in the O&O group I’m honestly gonna miss it. WPVI probably the worst in the group right now. I definitely don’t like it. -
She left the station.
