I don't know, KWQC will be pretty hard to beat... You said it yourself Edited June 18, 2024 by HSV cheesehead 1 1
TennTV1983 806 Posted June 18, 2024 Posted June 18, 2024 I said one of my new favorites. Not that it was better than KWQC. There's a difference. 4
MichiganNewsGraphicsJunkie 947 Posted June 21, 2024 Posted June 21, 2024 (edited) While browsing on YouTube, it suggested WANF weather forecast -- I noticed the upper 3rd's have changed... It takes up a huge chunk of the top now... This seemed to happen June 3rd... Edited June 21, 2024 by MichiganNewsGraphicsJunkie

Georgie56 3318 Posted July 2, 2024 Posted July 2, 2024 (edited) GrayONE is around the corner for WIFR as they have adopted a WKYT-style logo. Edited July 2, 2024 by Georgie56 3 1
Dakota Laughlin 28 Posted July 17, 2024 Posted July 17, 2024 From what I'm hearing WSAZ will launch GrayOne August 12th @ 4PM! 1
nathannah 2493 Posted July 18, 2024 Posted July 18, 2024 (edited) WBAY has slowly been integrating the new typefaces and graphical style into their promos but haven't made the switch yet for the actual newscasts or weather (or my beloved, the weather subchannel)...which makes the rebranding of their formerly unbranded seven-day weather planner into the SUPER 7 DAY® with the current package very surprising. ETA - They've adopted the 'weather in 7' format seen on other Gray stations. 1BF19E26-DFC1-4AA1-AA26-E8CC7B201FCF.MOV 1BF19E26-DFC1-4AA1-AA26-E8CC7B201FCF.MOV Edited July 18, 2024 by mrschimpf

Almost 20 years later and still going strong. Also, WSAW Wausau adopted that "Every 7 Minutes" format not too long ago recently as well. 2
Zantheman87 2 Posted July 22, 2024 Posted July 22, 2024 WYMT May soon be getting GrayOne, their 24/7 stream has a (GrayOne) background, their weather forecast discussions use GrayOne assets, and Barlow is seen in some weather slides. Could release about the same time as WSAZ. (Also, you can see GrayOne in the background of some WSAZ Forecast's.)
TennTV1983 806 Posted July 22, 2024 Posted July 22, 2024 KAIT-TV in Jonesboro, AR made the switch to GrayONE today, and have replaced Inergy with Aerial. 2

I wouldn't know the answer to that, and I doubt it has anything to do with Jonesboro being adjacent to the Memphis media market (WMC uses First Alert branding for weather & traffic).
Wisco TV Watcher 11 Posted July 29, 2024 Posted July 29, 2024 I had a peacock sighting on WMTV today! Is Gray relaxing their moratorium on using network logos for NBC's coverage of the Olympics? Or did someone in WMTV's graphics department go rogue?

Most likely to make NBC happy during the Olympics showing the Peacock logo & the Olympic rings. Even affiliates not used to branding like this like Graham-owned WDIV in Detroit show off the Peacock & the rings albeit not alongside their logo. 4

Georgie56 3318 Posted August 2, 2024 Posted August 2, 2024 From Zeam: looks like KOSA will follow in KMOV’s footsteps. (h/t @RGSJenkins) 1 1

Both stations already have the GrayOne Weather Graphics but old graphics packages... Hmmmm 1 1
Dakota Laughlin 28 Posted August 2, 2024 Posted August 2, 2024 WSAZ has started to integrate their new GrayOne weather graphics ahead of the full debut August 12th @ 4PM 5
Denver Murray 12 Posted August 4, 2024 Posted August 4, 2024 I wonder if WOIO 19 News Cleveland is about to flip the switch??? I noticed they updated their weather graphics online (just not on air yet.) 3

MichiganNewsGraphicsJunkie 947 Posted August 12, 2024 Posted August 12, 2024 The First Alert banner needs to be much larger 2
Georgie56 3318 Posted August 12, 2024 Posted August 12, 2024 KOSA has soft-launched First Alert 7 at noon today.
