  1. This is TEGNA, now. We do things as cheaply as possible.
  2. New floors. lol
  3. Wow! They chose the package that won't go away. 13 years Aerial has been used.
  4. Like most affiliates, creative services are no longer a priority. You have one underpaid artist doing all the work for Sinclair San Antonio. You're not going to get great work.
  5. Sh*t about to hit the fan and he doesn't want his name on it.
  6. No no. That's great! He'll tank it.
  7. RE the Altitude/Rockies deal, the Montforts would be signing their own death warrants. The Rockies have chronically sucked because they refuse to invest in the team, although they'll spend so much money on the Coors Field. If they sign their rights with the Altitude (Kroenke Sports and Entertainment) the Waltons (of which the Kroenke family are members) will put pressure on the MLB to acquire the team. At that point, all Denver teams will be control by the Waltons. Also, please keep in mind that the Waltons will be posturing soon too move Empower Field out to Aurora Colorado. Denver won't pay for a new one and the Waltons will want one.
  8. This tickles me a little bit. - Is it Nexstar? Is it McKinnon!?
  9. I mean my CBS O&O does the neighborhood news format too.
  10. Fox doesn't have a catalogue anymore. Their indie stations need something to air.
  11. 1. They will merge KSWB and KUSI newsrooms and buildings. Be prepared for layoffs. 2. They'll probably use the Nexstar ABC package. 3. This is the end of The One and Only. The second to last station to use it and they'll switch to SAM.
  12. Given NewsNation, even as lackluster as it is, there will be NN local programing on CW, guaranteed.
  13. Some news station workers, especially news production staff, are part of SAG-AFTRA and will be walking out. Voice Actors are striking too. I have family striking as both members of WGA and SAG-AFTRA. Most game shows are union as well. I think things like Survivor and unscripted reality programming are the only shows that really aren't, but it depends on the production houses.
  14. CMG to keep it with WFXT.
  15. Vivid Zero is managed by the Principals of Stun Creative.
  16. It was designed by Smith Geiger Vivid Zero who designed the rest of the ABC look.
  17. No dots?
  18. You do know that dimensional is a very small package, right?
  19. I'm 100% certain. Dimensional isn't a robust package.
  20. I'm going to put this forward now. With Nexstar clearly having no morals, indicated decisively with them airing the LIV golf tour I'm about 95% certain that Tucker Carlson will get a show on NewsNation.
  21. Most stations won't use this, though.
  22. Are you new to local news management in 2022? Amateurish is the standard quo now.
  23. DraftKings on The CW.
