Alex Faust tweeted that he was released as the LA Kings’ pxp announcer, and that the team is looking for a new rightsholder for the 2023-24 season.

WIS is adding a 7:30pm newscast in September, replacing Entertainment Tonight. Gray’s Investigate TV+ and a new lifestyle program, Soda City Living, replaces an hour of Hot Bench at 11am. Gray’s Local News Live replaces Kelly Clarkson at 2pm.

Jerry Reinsdorf has purchased most of Stadium from Sinclair. -
KTVT has been unable to show newscasts since a little bit after 4:30 this afternoon due to a lightning strike. They showed CBSN during the 4:30 and 5pm half-hours and reran the CBS Evening News at 6pm. Their three subchannels are down as well. KTXA is still functioning normally. As of this writing, the problem has still not been fixed. UPDATE: As KTVT/KTXA also houses CBS News’ innovation lab, CBS News NOW couldn’t be produced tonight. UPDATE 2: KTVT’s newscasts have returned to air starting with the 10pm tonight.
