He's on the way out and is stoking his fans so his radio show keeps going is my guess...

Pretty much. Get the popcorn ready.

Be interesting to see if Fox & Friends and Hannity still promote it as fact

The attack in Manchester is probably the perfect basis for them to just abruptly and quietly stop talking about it. Today they didn't even have their early "Fox & Friends First" program, it was just 4 straight hours of Fox & Friends discussing the bombing. It's such a sudden and terrible event that they basically have the excuse to stop talking about other things and focus 100% on that and start focusing on more terrorism-related stories instead of Seth Rich.

How about some more lawsuits. It just keeps piling up.

One staffer, a Fox News Radio shift editor, said she was sexually harassed and subjected to "unceasing retaliation" for complaining. Another staffer, who was an accounts payable coordinator, said that she was fired after telling her bosses that she was pregnant. And another staffer, who was an accounts receivable specialist, "said she was taken on as a temporary employee, but passed over for permanent jobs in favor of white coworkers".

There is also a lawsuit involving a black information technology employee who was subjected to racially insensitive remarks by Bob Beckel (who was just been fired last week) days after the worker complained.

The law firm that's representing this worker's suit, is involved with several other similar suits involving current & former Fox News staffers.

For Lumpy's sake, he ought to do this. Instead he's doing this:

Framing himself as a martyr and just. Won't. Let. The. Damn. Thing. Go.

I mean, I haven't seen someone become this unhinged in front of the whole world since Charlie Sheen.

It's.. it's as though Hannity was the Galvatron to Ailes' Unicron- and now that Ailesicron has been destroyed (unfortunately, not by the Matrix of Leadership), Galvannity has lost all his sanity (since Ailesicron had overridden it with his dark energies).

Seth Rich's brother has personally sent a letter to Hannity's executive producer asking him to stop.

I don't know what kind of legal action the Rich family could take against FNC and or Hannity. But if I was them I'd be looking into it.

No, no. Hannity under Ailes was the movie version of Galvatron; Hannity now is Galvatron after the lava bath he took between the movie and the next season of the TV show. :) (Though, to be honest, Trump reminds me of the TV show's version of Galvatron...)

Trump's more of a Starscream, I think. Though, totally different show, I think he's more Cobra Commander than anything.

Hannity in court over this would probably be like Alex Jones during his child custody battle. "We're just trying to find the facts of this tragedy, your honor, and quite frankly, I think it's unjust and a crime that Hillary Clinton isn't standing here right now instead of me."

If other FNC staffers find this whole thing to be senseless, I wonder what Hannity's executive producer is thinking. Either he's drinking the Kool-Aid, too, or he's secretly hoping that Hannity just gives up on this whole thing so that everyone can just move on.

In typical spineless fashion Hannity last night said he'd stop talking about the story (for now) out of respect for the family. However he didn't apologize and didn't' retract the "story". On twitter he made sure to tell his followers that he's "still on the case" and is "closer than ever to the truth"

I guess his executive producer and maybe other people at FNC finally got through to him that they were gonna be in big trouble if he kept going on about that story, and they probably scared him by bringing up the possibility of legal action against him over this.

I just realized that, even though we've pivoted to discussing the Seth Rich stuff, we're technically still on-topic for this thread.

I'm not sure if that's amusing or just sad.

You know, if you're remove "Harrasment" from the thread's title, we'd be even more on point here. But you're good still regardless.

sources say that FNC execs didn't pressure Hannity to drop the Seth Rich issue. Which, if true, tells you that Hannity still has free reign to spew whatever bullshit he wants. Why Fox News doesn't put a leash on him I don't know

I'm starting to think that Rupert's sons just want Hannity to simply hang himself with his own rope.

Either way, it's only a matter of time now.

Yeah, it could easily be retitled, "Fox News controversies thread" and no one would miss a beat. :)

That actually makes sense. Hannity probably still makes FNC a ton of money and Rupert + old bosses are reluctant to get rid of him, so the next best way of getting rid of him is to let it happen naturally through advertisers leaving after he spews even more insane crap. The ones who already pulled their ads for his show are a start, let's see if any other major firms do the same thing.
