Damn there is literally no competition for channel 7 in Chicago. 2 points over the closest competitor? I mean CBS and Fox combined were still nearly 2 full points behind channel 7. That is complete domination. Are the other stations anywhere near WLS in other time slots?

Apparently not, though WGN obviously wins mornings.

In the competitive Pittsburgh market, KDKA continues to be on top with WPXI and WTAE each sharing equally coming in 2nd throughout the day.

There's something to be said about how competitive WCBS has gotten as of the last year or two. They're no longer a mere also-ran.

You don't see this often but WFOR claims victory at 5 PM

Boom... A25-54. That's why WFOR won at 5:00 p.m. (shocking really).

Never cared about that though. I've always cared more for total HH as its more accurate (with more numbers, etc.) and WFOR would still lag the pack big time in that front compared to WSVN and WPLG.

Advertisers do.

In Memphis, WREG won again, as usual. WHBQ has taken second place for a number of timeslots as well.

Nexstar made the right choice in Memphis!

So: WNBC wins at 6 & 11

WABC wins for 5PM

WCBS came close at 11PM.

My opinion really: I feel that WABC and WNBC are both best in what they do. Both have gotten better throughout the years and CBS is slowly creeping back.

Better reporters and anchors for both WABC and WNBC.

Although full November numbers aren't out yet from Cincinnati, this link (and trends) suggest that WXIX is the market leader in Cincinnati. WKRC looks to have fallen to 4th based on May results.

Gray has turned that station around.

And all I can say about WATN's rating is ouch.
