  1. In other words, 4 years and 10 months.
  2. KATV wasn't thinking straight but the music was magnificent.
  3. WSVN and WPLG do it. WOFL and WOGX do it. Stations on the west coast do it. Even WABC, WCVB and WMUR do it. So... yeah, considering how much busier lives are all getting.
  4. This could mean something. Could it mean getting fired while on vacation, like the Bill O'Reilly way?
  5. I don't need to report on this on my blog because this was expected. I said that once the college football season is over, WPVI will have 5pm news on Saturdays as well. Alas, 5pm weekend news has arrived in the Delaware Valley.
  6. I don't think they did. They just rebranded their channel and their news back to Gentv and Noticias Gentv, respectively.
  7. You would think WSVN would jump on board before WFOR does. But I thought wrong. I wonder why WSVN is taking so long, considering WHDH went to 4:30 a.m. at the beginning of this year.
  8. It's swapping time for some Entravision markets with both Univision and UniMas affiliates... Orlando, Tampa, Boston, Denver and Albuquerque. https://noticiasya.com/orlando/2017/11/10/cambios-unimas-univision-2/
  9. Hahaha! WDEF/WMAZ/WTLK.
  10. Oh okay. Thank you.
  11. Lots of good content there, especially the Atlanta ones. Plus, finally a good quality close to the WSB Image VIII theme. Wasn't September 12th, 1994, the first day of WAGA as FOX?
  12. Boy, I seemed to have missed a lot in South Florida since leaving four months ago because I just realized that Erika Delgado (ex-'TVJ-er) has joined WSVN.
  13. including the Nexstar/WCWJ-TV end tag that was rarely seen since it never produced local news under Nexstar ownership.
  14. Tom Skilling is employee of the year after this tweet. It's 10 years ago all over again.
  15. Thanks for bringing that up! Newsy here in Gainesville is 276 (SD) and 1276 (HD) I know your JK but I still watch cable. I have Cox Cable included here where I live. Don't have to pay a dime for it.
  16. It looks like Newsy is finally on cable. As I mentioned in the chatboxes, it showed up on Cox Gainesville on Channel 276. It's the same channel seen online and on Cincinnati Bell. It's displayed as Newsy___SD, even though its shown in Widescreen. I feel like I just got Headline News all over again!
  17. Yes, Keith Jones is married to Ashley Morrison, former WSVN anchor, who now goes by as Ashley Jones.
  18. I don't like to talk about politics but congrats to him. He deserves this victory after everything that's happened to him, especially losing to Allison in that brutal murder.
  19. In other words, Beyond is the new FOX O&O theme. The OSI has served well for 10 years but its now time for the FOX group to get a new theme.
  20. Me: Hey TEGNA, wanna get rid of your weather diginets that some of your stations still have? TEGNA: Yes. Me: Okay then, even though I like my weather diginets. What will you call this new one? TEGNA: Quest. http://www.tvnewscheck.com/article/108675/tegna-cooper-media-to-launch-quest-diginet Say goodbye to WHAS 11.3, WFAA 8.2, KPNX 12.2, WZZM 13.2 and others as we know it.
  21. I prefered the other production track from 2008-2010 called Loud and Pissed.
  22. That's right. Later did WTSP with The Morning Show (the good old days of WTSP) with Ginger Gadsen (now at WKMG) and has now been at WTVJ for 5 years, slowly climbing up the ranks.
  23. You're right. WCVB is really good. Folks, just focus on TV and not social media and you'll see that WCVB is good.
  24. Actually, there is. Here you go:
  25. Idk if anyone noticed or not, but WCWJ now simulcasts the weekday "The Morning Show" (7-9 a.m.) and the weekend 11 p.m. news from WJXT. But there is no separate bug for WCWJ during these broadcasts so its an exact simulcast of WJXT.
