That's the hallmark of VizRT handling video playback with less than perfect codec settings. Always been one of the most finicky parts of that entire system.

To be fair, though, KOSA has been known as First Alert 7 for a good chunk of the last year or two. It also went under CBS 7 First Alert News before that, so its not a total surprise here.

The updated open actually looks based on the ones already used by WANF and WBRC.
