WCTV from 1991 includes one Tammy Watford in which this was her last spot before currently enjoying her 32-year (and counting) run at WLOS.

RARE -- Today Show (Nov 2001) covering the aftermath of the American 587 crash. Post 9/11 colored lower thirds were in use. The patriotic tinted peacock bug was still used.

NBC News American 587 crash coverage (2001). In similar fashion to 911, Matt and Katie are reporting on an American Airlines crash in New York City that occurred during the Today Show. One can only imagine how re-traumatizing that entire incident was, yet a lot of people my age had no idea this even happened.

Day 1 of the then-new WTHR Channel 13 Eyewitness News. New set (developed by Devlin Design Group), new music, new graphics, new name (the second stint), new logo, new everything.

WBNS would get their set developed by Devlin Design Group 90s set a year prior in 1994.  The Wolfe's had the money to spend for both stations.

I wish WTHR was still of this format 30 years later, instead of becoming just 13 News (unfortunately, profit is king apparently, so Eyewitness went out the window in 2022).
