Apparently he was studying massage therapy and made unwanted sexual advances towards a man during a massage. He’s been at the station since 2001. I'm not sure why the level of surprise here. One of the many reasons for the new building was to provide more studio space for shows originating from NY whether live or taped. It's not unique. Out of 30 Rock right now (which will change somewhat at the end of the year with the Versant spin-off) shows include from NBC: Early Today, Today, NBC News Now (most of the day and early evening), Kelly Clarkson, NBC Nightly News, Tonight with Jimmy Fallon, Late Night with Seth Meyers; From WNBC: TINY, News4 at 11, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 11, New York Live; From WNJU: Noticiero 47 Telemundo Primera edición, Noticiero 47 Telemundo al mediodiá, Noticiero 47 Telemundo a la 5:30, 6 and 11; From MSNBC: Way too early, Morning Joe, Ana Cabrera Reports, Chris Jansing Reports, Katie Tur Reports, Deadline White House, The Beat with Ari Melber, All in with Chris Hayes, Last Word with Lawrence O'Donnell and the 11th Hour with Stephanie Ruhle. MSNBC shows originating in DC may still use 30 Rock facilities for live/taped interviews during those shows. This does not include weekly shows like Saturday Night Live and Dateline.

Wow thats A LOT of airtime from that building haha how do they fit all of those sets there? I'd imagine they have spaces below ground too? The studios are rather large so I wonder how they fit them all into the building.

North Platte is the smallest market that still puts out newscasts of their own. Even Alpena has largely ceded their news to Traverse City and Sinclair, with just a short local blip in the "B" block of their 10pm show. What's the smallest market with an all-local operation these days? May be Victoria, TX since Presque Isle's WAGM now simulcasts WABI's morning show from Bangor. The buyer of KXGN would likely turn them into an affiliate of all 4 networks, much like WBKB in Alpena. Surprised Morgan Murphy hasn't taken the plunge..yet.

Yesterday evening, Veo7 relaunched on DTT, replacing Gol Play.

It seems he still appears on the 10am but it seems lately the days vary. It used to be Tuesday Wednesday Thursday, but I’ve seen him on Fridays recently too. I have not seen him on the 6am hour of the morning show in quite some time though, and his picture was removed from morning newscast video thumbnails.

I noticed Sam is on GMA this week and not filling in for anyone. Has he still been on the 10am newscast?

KULR is basically ran, news wise, from Missoula and Spokane (in WA). Evening news now comes from Missoula and morning news comes from Spokane (but is marketed as local). It’s been a bare bones operation for a handful of years and is getting worse by the year. KXGN is going to be a repeater for its new buyer, most likely.

Like in the early years of the Times Square studio era, I wonder if "GMA" will incorporate an outdoor concert series on the rooftop of 7 Hudson Sqaure sometime in the future. Of course, with more space limitations than in Times Square, it would need to be intimate, but I feel that it would be provide the program a great opportunity to showcase some of the gorgeous sights from that roof of Lower Manhattan.

That's quite something! The Walt Disney Co. will certainly be getting its money's worth out of that production facility, to say the least.

I'm guessing OP didn't mean live tapings in that window, just that the shows that air then are all from that building. GMA3 isn't live at 1, either, if we went by your thinking.
