  1. Logopedia is both generally reliable, but VERY frequently unreliable.

  2. Meh. The outgoing look was pretty good and probably could last a while longer. I don't see how this is much of an improvement.

  3. True, but also watching other videos on YouTube, this is confirmed

  5. Very likely, it's produced by KNBC considering the time it comes on after college football, similar to what we have here in Phoenix now apparently as KPNX has a new Saturday night sports show called 12 Sports Locker Room which actually starts tonight after the NASCAR race. Have a feeling in addition to being post-college football programming to keep sports fans tuned in afterwards, this also feels like a replacement for having lost the Cardinals broadcasting rights to KPHO/KTVK & hence the post-SNF programming as well alongside their Sunday night sports show 12 Sports Tonight.

  6. Just wanted to bring this up that part of the set that was in the downtown studio is now with the University of Oklahoma for the OU Nightly Newscasts they do for the students in journalism (news and sports) and meteorology.

  7. Ugh these corporate group graphics are becoming more and bland and boring. Geez. With the automated rundowns and lockdown cameras and bland samey theme music. Todays newscasts are BORING.

  10. I designed this open. We needed something fresh pretty badly so I whipped this up using some aesthetics from GrayOne. Without giving away the details, I can tell you a 3 phase relaunch is in motion. Phase I begins October 31st as we begin our 75th year, Phase II will begin in early January with some more really big changes. Then phase III happens middle of next year. And yes, part of this rebrand is launching GrayONE. So, stay tuned for some really exciting changes!

  11. Beginning in September, it sounds like the 9am newscast (at least on air; perhaps it will survive on streaming) is being replaced by the hour long Drew Barrymore. https://www.nexttv.com/news/drew-barrymore-renewed-through-season-six-on-cbs-owned-stations
