    Do you really think Nexstar going to pony up them $$$ dollars for her over at WKRN? Anne Holt retired from the anchor desk, but she in another role and Bob has a few more years to go.

     

    Now with Scripps (being Scripps) I do see her going over at WTVF and whoever the blonde is doing the 5&10pm(move over) she would definitely do well at WTVF. Despite Scripps cuts etc WTVF is financially stable, but will say this despite not being a fan of the parent company.. (Sinclair)

     

    WZTV/ FOX 17 could also lure here over there as well...Sinclair( Yes, I'm no fan of them) could try to bring her on board...Sinclair in some markets have been aggressively luring talent from competing stations.

     

    Here hoping she lands on her feet and it great seeing talent fight for what's there rightful place...Those folks in management are always looking out for their own hide...

     

     

    I’d maybe see Demetria go to Channel 2 alongside Bob Mueller, so the latter could get another longtime anchor...

    Who wants to sign off on this letter?

     

    Dear TEGNA;

    Your purchase of KFMB is a win for you, because the station ratings are tops in the market. I'm sure you've seen their revenue projections, budgets, and more. Yes, your company changing the business model and doing new things that are consider ["innovative"] However, one would like to question some of the changes you've made with Belo Stations when you purchase them several years ago.

     

    Please, listen because these are just some coaching points. STOP FUCKING UP GOOD STATIONS. You've gotten many gems tv stations and you have turn them into BIRD DEW meaning SHIT! Let take a look at KXTV, WWL, KENS, KING, KHOU and including your own stations that were apart of the Gannett umbrella WXIA, KSDK, WTSP, WUSA, KVUE. Please, don't let your consultants gut KFMB like you've done other stations.

     

    Please, once again STOP FUCKING UP GOOD STATIONS AND DON'T FUCK UP KFMB! We know your track record, and it not pretty. Here hoping you don't cut Barbara Lee Edwards' salary, because we know it always awesome sauce when you can make millions and the talent has to take a cut and etc. Again, DON'T FUCK UP THIS ONE, the reason why? Well let take a look at WWL 4 in New Orleans. Let see if they will be #1 in time slots in February.

    They were a top affiliate going back to their WB days; how do you mess that up?

     

    I suppose one could maintain the stick without needing the studio, especially with the recent FCC rules passed about not needing a studio presence. Apologies if I get a bit speculative, but aside from that there are two easy ways this goes if the license/IP/stick needs to be sold: In the hands of TEGNA if they're still in a buying mood (KYC could bring local news back to Akron!), or this is the way Sinclair maintains a presence in the Cleveland DMA without needing WJW.

     

    Angley definitely could make a buck on those two scenarios if he acted now, rather than wait for an auction to horrendously devalue his real assets.

    I think WJW and a few other stations will go into the FOX hands, so WJW/WBNX together? Let see-

    And WBNS' Heir Apperant is DONE! Wow! So let's say Revish goes who do WBNS' has left?

     

    Scott Light is there, remember Light and Kelly Frank news director both worked @ WGCL/CBS46 in Atlanta. Hogan, was set to be heir in the evenings. Just note even though BNS wins, has all the toys, but inside the building it consider the dark side...

     

    I was told when Yolanda Harris was at WSYX many former 10er's told her don't go to the dark side and it wasn't worth it, but she jumped ship.

    Hogan, was tired sitting on the weekends... He was waiting to sit next to Harris.

     

    Note: WSYX new set will debut on Monday at 5pm.

    Sherwood is President of Disney-ABC so he does actually directly oversee the O&Os now-- he hasn't been ABC News President in a while.

    Oh ok lets see what happens

     

    I have to agree about Sherwood, and he be on twitter wishing all the on-air talent happy birthdays at the ABC O/O, so he's very much involved at the house of mouse.

    That's the thing. 14 years ago we didn't have the social media platforms that we have now, the importance of public's perception and the tide is turning regarding sexual harassment accusations. If Laura's complaint gets picked up by the Daily News or any other newspaper, it will definitely force the hand of Rebecca Campbell to do something about Dave Davis and Camille Edwards. The viewers perception of having a pervert as General Manager and a racist News Director will make that happen. That or advertisers pulling ad dollars from ABC 7.

     

    Did someone take Campbell's job since they shipped her to London?
