Spain We're getting a La 2 in the Catalan language. Long overdue for the region dominated by TV3, RTVE's La 2 Catalunya, otherwise known as 2CAT, will be launching on Monday, October 13th. At launch, it'll be 50% Catalan/50% Spanish.
