Apparently, this also comes as Seven West Media (the parent company of Seven) is merging with Southern Cross Austereo (the parent company of Triple M and the Hit Network). Kerry Stokes won't be around much longer after that as chairman... he'll retire in February 2026 after being involved with Seven in some fashion for 30 years by then.

Otherwise, you get TV from the San Fran Bay Area with KPIX's news on KION 46.1, KTVU's news on KION 46.2, PBS from KQED satellite KQET, and I don't know how strong antennas are in that area, but you still may get KNTV and KSTS if you're lucky. WJXT Jacksonville is the #1-rated Independent television station in the country. They started it and now its a masterclass as to how its done. (via WJXT on LinkedIn) It does mention other stations that air news, such as WPLG, WANF, WHDH, KTVK, KUSI, KCAL, and KSTC, among others. Yes, they even included stations like WTVZ, WMYV, WUAB, WRDC, and others because even they know that MyNetworkTV is NOT a network.
