Approximately 3 weeks ago, WOOD-TV started the transition from Gotham font to Roboto, per meteorologist Blake Harms. Right now, the opens, news L3 & U3, bug and other graphics have switched over. The weather graphics should reflect over the next little bit. He didn't "hint" to a whole new package -- WOOD is one of the rare few Nexstar stations that stray away from corporate graphics packages, as they have their own in-house team.

I thought that after I posted.... Okay so they'll probably batch these last 3 out hopefully soon then.

Do we know when KCCI gets this? It seems like it's taking forever. Do they need an upgrade of some sorts?

This must've happened recently, but WXIN and WTTV now share the same website. FOX59.com is the main domain, as cbs4indy.com redirects to FOX59.com

I'm surprised they didn't go with "Alaska News Now" like they have in Hawaii

I'm not extremely fond of the colors, but I'm assuming it has something to do with the sun.... Huge improvement, being that they have been largely ignored over the years.

Now that Scripps seems to be offing stations, I'm wondering if Gray is interested in WXMI. This would be a perfect solution for them to add to their Michigan stations of WILX, WNEM and WLUC

I knew it was only a matter of time, but WOOD-TV has finally succumbed to a sponsor in their weather segment. A law firm logo now sits in the upper right corner of the U3rd and they moved the average high/low graphic to the bottom left, where no one can see it -- bah

I'm glad they went back to the drawing board.. The WBBH version had some issues with visibility... The newer version is way better.

KOAT needs to work on the time/temp bug... But other than that, this is how a group-wide rollout should happen.
