TheNewsTV 260 Posted January 16 Posted January 16 Will WFOR change its set completely or just make a minor repair? 1

JacobFL 3 Posted January 17 Posted January 17 (edited) I know what the news desk will look like, but I am very interested to know what the new set for CBS News Miami is gonna look like. Time for changes to come in 2025. Edited January 17 by JacobFL 1 1
rkolsen 1686 Posted January 17 Posted January 17 I’ve always thought they had a cramped set/studio. Would love to see how they remake the new designs. the temp set isn’t that bad either. 1 1

TheNewsTV 260 Posted March 15 Author Posted March 15 WFOR will use a VR set, like streaming channel CBS News 24/7 and KPIX in the Bay Area. 1
NowBergen 703 Posted March 15 Posted March 15 Most reprots indicate it will be used for sports and weather, including a special NCCA tournament show. Incase VR ever becomes the full time set...I'm split on it. On the one hand, it's unique and innovative, and a break up from the traditional anchor desk, video wall studios that we see. I like seeing them on CBS News 24/7, but for some reason they look odd on the local level to me. Edited March 16 by MediaZone4K 1 1

Well, the old studio no longer exists. 4
brb588 114 Posted March 17 Posted March 17 Don't care what anyone says, or how good they try to make it. Full VR sets are really lame. 5 1
