Idk if anyone noticed or not, but WCWJ now simulcasts the weekday "The Morning Show" (7-9 a.m.) and the weekend 11 p.m. news from WJXT. But there is no separate bug for WCWJ during these broadcasts so its an exact simulcast of WJXT.

Actually as of this past week... WYCC no longer airs PBS. WYIN is the market's secondary now.

This is the first time in a few years now that WPIX goes back to the 4am hour, in this case the 4:30 half-hour.

Not quite... there's 90.1 KUER-FM-HD3, which does carry classical music via APM and PRI's Classical 24.

Its permanent. WMTJ is no longer on the air and there's no PBS in Puerto Rico right now. American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam all have PBS right now, but not Puerto Rico.

Congrats to Linda and she will be missed terribly. She is an Oklahoma icon, no doubt about that. She worked under KTVY and KFOR plus whatever ownerships and managements she's gone through too.

Goodbye WUSF-TV 16. The public television station has officially signed off for good. This is the first video of the sign off with the legendary classic words, Goodnight and Good Luck: It's expected to become WEDQ shortly though I don't know if WEDU will put programming there.

I have a feeling though that WIMP-CD will be converted into yet, another PBS station for the Miami market. Either that or become the home of other subchannel networks, one of which could be seen into the main WIMP-CD signal. Either that or it can take the U.F. or Milwaukee PBS way... provide a 24-hour non-commercial local weather channel.

Sorry to double post but I just noticed two things on this report from TVNewsCheck. They make me interesting. One... WWDP is being bought by WRNN-TV. I wonder what for? Two... Two very big shoes to fill at WRAL. It won't be the same after 2018, that's for sure. When you lose big news anchors like Bill Leslie and David Crabtree who have personified WRAL News for decades, its like Charlie Gaddy and Larry Stonger... its hard to swallow and they're irreplaceable once they leave. Truly irreplaceable.

That's why I don't watch ABC World News Tonight or any national network newscast for that matter.

Look at the ratings and you'll see why he's still solo at 6 and 11pm. Action News just blows out of the water.

The CW Plus only has two LLNW's (Live, Local News Windows) every day. Weekdays, 7-8am local time and 10pm ET/9pm CT. Weekends, 6pm ET/5pm CT and 10pm ET/9pm CT.

Anyone aware of any details about this? I looked up NY1 on Wikipedia and it looks like they could be debuting a new local morning show called Mornings on 1.
