  1. I think Wood TV may put a game show on at 2PM or try and get Tamron Hall's talker to fill Rachael Ray timeslot. I know Fox test TMZ Hip-Hop last year in March guesing that isn't going forward Who The Beep Is That sounds good saw a promo on B&C for it I hope it does well. Seems like WJBK the Fox O&O in Detroit never picks up any of the test they try and seems that TV20 or WKBD CW50 air the shows if they go national. Karamo was just added on WXSP in the grave yard at 5AM M-F replacing the Judge Greg Mathis repeat.
  2. Byron Allen waiting in the wings to buy TEGNA and will sell how many TV stations to get the deal done, I don't know how many Allen would have to sell to get deals done the only one I can think of is Fort Wayne IN. Soo Kim blew it sell the TV stations you needed to from different TV station groups than Cox.
  3. I like Ian Oliver he's pretty good not surprised he got his own show.
  4. NewsNation GR which I don't see happening Wood TV has too much history around that name and the News8 as well I miss 24 Hour News8 brand from the LIN/Media General Days I don't get why Nexstar got rid of the 24 Hour News8.
  5. Media Matters doesn't matter to them since they don't go after CNN or MSNBC they are left wing and very bias and I don't believe them and what they say about the news side of Fox News anchors Bill Hemmer & John Roberts they don't inject right wing opinion in the newscast. All cable news has pretend news other than breaking news or a major event like what happened in Ohio train and toxic being released in the air and water. I don't watch primetime opinion shows only one I watched was The O'Reilly Factor his last few years I'd only watch Bill's Talking Point Memos & viewer email as it was same old same old to me, I'd watch Hannity & Colmes from time to time Colmes did keep Sean in check once Sean went solo he had no check Alan was his yin to his yang in my opinion.
  6. With Nexstar cutting to end of Accused it happened in the fall of 2017 Lions VS Steelers on SNF a close game the Lions needed a stop to get the ball back. And Wood TV puts in an ad once it returned the Steelers got the 1ST Down to end the game Wood TV apologized for the error which came from WXIN in INDY where it is hubbed at, I saw it on Twitter about there apology.
  7. If both The Peoples Court & Judge Mathis remain in repeats I think WXSP will keep it as is on in the afternoon. I see Steve Wilkos being cleared in West Michigan as it hasn't been cleared since fall of 2021 and Karomo if NBCU renews it, which I'm kinda surprised that neither talker is cleared for syndication in West Michigan.
  8. Decades is on WLLA's .5 I believe, the only subchannel that Spectrum has from WLLA is METV which was Retro when they added it. Through The Decades would've been the only show I'd watch from time to time if it was ever added. Nextar promoted SportsGrid when that was added to .3 before they removed it for TheGrio in late Oct than they do for Rewind TV.
  9. TV Passport has LIV for WUAB in Cleveland. CW7 in West Michigan is airing LIV as well saw a promo for it last night during WWMT News at 6PM.
  10. WANF hires WXMI Fox17 anchor Doug Reardon I don't know if this is the right place to put it in or not. I don't know if Doug has started at WANF or not his last week at Fox17 was Feb 3.
  11. DirecTV is still talking with NewsMax from a B&C article was posted on Sun.
  12. WXSP .2 dropped COZI TV last week and added Stadium afternoons is just Live On Line & College Hoops Live every other hour with some repeats of sports and MMA in primetime.
  13. I think WWMT will air 4PM newcast/lifestyle program A.K.A. pay for play come the fall since they haven't ever had a lifestyle show they have a couch when they got a new set in 2020. I don't think I have seen any of the anchors use the couch. Maybe they put Tamron Hall in the afternoons if they don't want to do news. Dr. Phil repeats will air on sister station CW7 which they already do.
  14. Spectrum added Fox Weather first of the year on channel 689 in Kazoo. Fox Weather is on par and even better than The Weather Channel in my opinion, the website should have more info with cities across America than just hour by hour in front of the homepage. I guess they want you to download the Fox Weather APP for more of the info Weather .com & ACCUWeather websites much better for the info, sees that Fox Weather's website is more articles on weather than anything else. I wish that Fox Weather would add the local cities now that they are on a few Pay TV companies like in Michigan GR, BC, Kazoo etc. Great job on the updates Spring Rubber.
  15. I'm surprised NewMax hasn't filed a lawsuit against DirecTV they'll lose just like there pals OAN it's just business.
  16. Byron Allen been speaking to members of congress trying to stop the Standard General & TEGNA merger NY Post reported on it last week on there website. I'll let someone else to link it I'm not good at it when it comes to articles. Loos like The DOJ will approve the merger in Feb.
  17. I prefer Pineapple Express. I don't mind the weather alert days during thunderstorms that NWS puts the orange level WWMT was the first to use it in 2021 then WOODTV started to do it last year with low, medium. & high for damaging winds, tornadoes, & hail etc. They don't over use them just to be weather aware when it is warranted.
  18. I only see NewsNation on The CW for a special murder mystery or something like that kinda what Fox does with TMZ with a few specials a year in primetime.
  19. I'll check out LIV Golf to see if it's good or not I don't like that LIV Golf is Saudi backed. I think whatever local The CW airs on weekend syndication will be moved in the early morning hours or late night hours in my opinion.
  20. Yeah, does sound like The Soup and also the short TV show in Syndication in 2015-16 season Crazy Talk with Ben Aaron Ginger Zee's husband. I wonder if Fox17 will sign on for Channel Surf for late night or go on CW7 or WXSP the only TV stations I think would take it.
  21. I think it's smart to move Kelly to NYC for the tax breaks as LA/Cal has too much taxes for the space that Kelly is using.
  22. I can find almost anything on TV I have the TV on 24/7 I have to sleep with the TV on got that from my grandparents on my mom's side even when local TV stations signed off in the 50's, 60's, 70's. They had it on CNN mostly if I spent the night at there house. Before I slept with the TV on all night long I had the lights on and the radio I don't like pitch dark and sight either, I have to have sound all the time I'm weird LOL sorry if I went a bit off topic.
  23. LIV golf will be paying with time buy as NYNewsJunkie said to air on The CW which be weekends I wonder if it be live or tape delay for primetime 8PM to 10PM? I thought that LIV wanted to do a a buy time with the Fox but Fox wasn't interested why no deal never happened.
  24. I remember when PAX first came on it had to share at first was QVC then shared with TV Guide Channel was from 6PM to 1AM WZPX did air UPN from 11PM to 1AM 98-99 season when LIN launched UPN on low-power WXSP. Suckyvision oh I mean Cablevision didn't put it in the lineup WXSP. When WZPX got The WB was when they got there own channel in fall 99 The WB was on WGN before they went with superstation branding in fall 99 with no WB primetime, the only thing that was ever in pattern was Kids WB as WB primetime was on a 22-hour delay Monday shows aired on a Tue until The WB ended in fall of 06. I called Pax paid programming network and the I Network as I Suck Network WZPX was one of highest rated PAX stations across the country largely because of The WB. I was surprised that ION did air NFL Game Of The Week in fall of 07 that only lasted for one season was also surprised they aired UFC & WWE in 2011 & 2012 as not surprised both failed they couldn't keep the fans after the shows were over. I'm not surprised that Scripps will try to put sports on ION it will be more local sports in my opinion, I was surprised that Scripps didn't buy WZPX since it isn't a top 4 TV station in West Michigan when they own Fox17.
  25. I can see JHud being renewed looks like most of the shows from this year will get a second season from B&C article I read last week. I wonder if On Patrol in a 30 minute format will be in syndication like Live PD was for a couple of years ago with 30 minute block or an hour? Or if TV station groups don't want reality type cop show because of social justice and May 2020 death of George Floyd, WXSP did air Cops until the end of Aug 2020 when it was pulled.
