It's a certainty that GMFB will be on the MyNetworkTV O&Os and KICU in the Bay Area.  In Fox's "single" markets (Atlanta, Tampa, Austin, Detroit, Philadelphia), I can't see those stations cramming in GMFB alongside their "Good Day Wherever" newscasts and their usual daytime block of talk, TMZ, more news, and game shows.

It will be interesting to see if WTVT will run it in the morning. It will probably be most likely for an hour at 11am replacing and shifting Sherri since WTVT has Live (an hour later) with Kelly and Mark at 10am. I would think maybe 1pm but they have a local cooking show Dinner DeAs and 25 Words or Less. I would hate for WTVT to dump good, local non-brokered programming.

I could see WTXF picking it up. They definitely have room on their schedule, considering they air the "Good Day After Show" at both 10 AM and 2 PM. GMFB could go at 10 with everything else moving back an hour and the GDAS replay being eliminated.

Don't know where else to put this but surprisingly NBC is breaking up the 3-hour Law and Order Thursday block to put Organized Crime on soely Peacock. According to execs it does well on streaming.

The strength of this block was having Stabler and Benson together on back to back shows.

SB: *The Dick Wolf blocks were thought to be so solid that when we discussed wether NBC would cut the third hour of prime time, many said they wouldn't do it just because of the Chicago/L&O  lineups. I too though those blocks would say in place for a while.

On these forums, one of the biggest reasonings against NBC slashing its third hour of primetime was that it would destroy the Dick Wolf blocks on Wednesday and Thursday nights.

It's not too surprising L&O: OC moved to Peacock. Ratings-wise, it is the weakest of the L&O block and it just doesn't work well as a 22-episode show. I wouldn't be surprised if they move Chicago PD (Season 13) to Peacock as well.

As far as slashing the 3rd hr. of primetime, that likely isn't necessary if they get the NBA. Their scripted slate would be greatly reduced and result in cost-savings long term (which is part of the reason why they wanted to cut the hour in the first place).

Fox O&Os are apparently adding a half-hour daily political show hosted by S.E. Cupp. She’ll stay at CNN.

I'm thinking about how the Fox O&O Stations would put it. I mean, because of the fact they have GMFB.

The Deadline story, and bait for the Speculatron because it also involves a syndication deal to carry it with WCCB, not WJZY.

Why would WJZY carry it? The article clearly states that Fox O&O and WCCB are carrying it, not Nexstar, and Fox sold WJZY/WMYT four years ago.

Just noting something that sticks out like a sore thumb as WJZY does carry most of the Fox First Run schedule besides this show. I understand exactly why they wouldn't carry it, but that it's unusual for Fox to crawl back to their old affiliate to carry something.

I'm guessing they wanted a partner in North Carolina; WCCB was willing to take it and had the flexibility to schedule a limited-run show.

Nexstar may make a lot of questionable choices, but they aren't going to enter into new contracts for limited-run external news programming in a world where NewsNation could do something similar,  with all the potential revenue staying inside the company.

I'm glad to see Daily Blast Live got canceled it was a flop like Scripps The List both shows were largely on TEGNA & Scripps TV stations only a few outside the TV group carried it either show. I think a few Sinclair TV stations did sign onto DBL last fall I think Scripps did a handful in 2018 and lot of them dropped it after a year I know in Lansing was on Fox47 in the late-night hour sister station aired it in the afternoons 2018-19 I didn't see it after that season online TV guide. Will be interesting what WZZM will be doing in the fall at 7:30PM or if they start a 7PM newscast to compete with Wood TV and move ET to 7:30PM but ET has been on at 7PM on WZZM since 94.

Which I couldn't watch ET for 2 years as the cable company I had in the first house I ever lived in didn't have WZZM when I got Cablevision again in 96 they had WZZM so got to see ET again, even know I didn't watch it all that much.

It's a day that rivals only Christmas -- the WBNX fall schedule is out!

https://www.wbnx.com/fall-schedule

New: Flip Side, Abishola, True Crime News

Gone: King of Queens, at least I think that's it from weekdays.

Northeast's Ohio Family SuperStation! (if they really wanted to be one....)

Now that Angley's a thing of the past aside from their Sunday morning program.

Do any markets outside Cleveland and the religious broadcasters/channels even carry it anymore?

I'll miss The King of Queens in syndication. WPSG has been airing it for probably 20 years straight. I like American Housewife too, but that show was only in local syndication for two years. Also, I was expecting True Crime News to be a full hour (like Crime Watch Daily was), but the WBNX schedule has it sharing an hour with iCrime. I wonder where the FOX O&Os will be putting it.

I actually do have something to report from Charlotte.

WJZY launches a lifestyle show called “Positively Charlotte” starting Monday at 10am which kicks People Puzzler and Person Place or Thing to 12:30 and 1am, replacing the second run of 25 Words or Less and Pictionary. The former two game shows remain on WMYT at 2 and 2:30pm. Also TMZ Live is promoted to WJZY at the same time (3pm) beginning Wednesday July 3 due to soccer and WMYT will air another People’s Court at 3pm.

The True Crime News website has a list of where is it currently scheduled. Most of the stations listed have it scheduled as TBA and the few stations to have it actually scheduled are the FOX O&O's. Looks like it will mostly be airing on FOX's MyNetworkTV stations in most markets and not on the actual FOX station. For example it's only listed as airing on KCOP in LA, WWOR in New York, etc. KCPQ in Seattle does plan to air it at 7:30pm (which also confirms the show will be 30 minutes with FOX primetime starting at 8:00pm)

It does appear that the show will be given 2 runs, but given how they are scheduled it looks like only a 30 minute original episode with the 2nd airing being an encore (similar to what Entertainment Tonight does) as no stations have it scheduled back to back and most of the 2nd run broadcasts are scheduled overnight (ex WWOR has it scheduled for 6:30pm with another airing at 1:00am) in some markets like Seattle and Chicago it will air one airing on the FOX station with another run on the MyNetworkTV station (ex 1:00pm on WFLD, 10:00pm on WPWR)

Not many other stations on the list and it's on the CW Plus in a lot of cities. Not really sure what the point was for FOX to get on board with this show if they only plan to dump it mostly on MyNetworkTV stations or low profile slots on the few FOX stations. Crime Watch Daily had a stronger group of stations
