When does this go in effect? Because I don't see any articles or releases. And its guide is not updated to reflect the change.

Goes into effect April 1st. They're running commercials for it in Albany, not posting about it online though.

The listings for that day show no change (haven't been updated yet?)

Either they pushed back the start date or I was mistaken but April 15th is the start date. The middle of the month rather than the 1st does seem like an odd time to start a new newscast though.

It's probably nothing more than something nobody would notice on air such as accounting issues for the pay period/time clock; also, the women's NCAA tourney is partly in Albany this year so with that going on they didn't want to switch things around during a big market event.

Not surprised that Sherri will be back I thought it be renewed. I think as along as Fox O&O keep Sherri in their lineups it will be on for years like Wendy Williams was in my opinion.

Cox isn’t mentioned, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that WSOC/WAXN won’t reup.

You expect a show to be a go for the next season for other station groups if the largest station group renews and gets the ball rolling, so don't expect many turn-downs for renewals with Sherri at all.

It appears WXIA has moved their hour-long noon newscast to 11 am. Their local lifestyle show Atlanta & Company and  Daytime Jeopardy now occupy the noon slot.

IIRC, 11 Alive had Atl & Co at 11AM then  paid programming at 11:30 as a weak lead in to the noon. Today, morning anchor Aisha Howard, and Christie Diez, were anchoring. Previously the much-promoted 4 pm team of Faith Jessie & Johnathan Martin were moved to noon as well.  (TV Passport)

KDKA Pittsburgh does that with the CBS Evening News.

As does WCAX (CBS) Burlington, VT-Plattsburgh, NY.

It's a certainty that GMFB will be on the MyNetworkTV O&Os and KICU in the Bay Area.  In Fox's "single" markets (Atlanta, Tampa, Austin, Detroit, Philadelphia), I can't see those stations cramming in GMFB alongside their "Good Day Wherever" newscasts and their usual daytime block of talk, TMZ, more news, and game shows.

It does mention it would be a 2 hr extension of the current show which will continue to air on NFL Network. So the earliest it could run on the affiliates is 10am-12noon, so it’s not out of the question for it to be on after Good Day.

Not surprised that The Fox O&Os signed it for the sister TV stations in the big markets, I thought that they would sign on for GMFB more to come in the coming weeks and I knew it be Labor Day when GMFB would start to air in syndication as that somewhat seems to be when smaller shows start to air before the bigger shows in Mid to late September.

Some stations (actually many stations) air morning news through 11am so I could see them only airing an hour of it.
